Managing Mental Health During COVID-19 for Frontline Workers

This online training gives you an overview of mental health concerns that you or the residents you support may experience during the pandemic. The self-directed course also gives you strategies on how to address these concerns. Duration: 3 hours.

The resources below use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT helps you change how you think about challenging situations so you can respond to them in a more effective way.

BounceBack Ontario

BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools to support you on your path to mental wellness.

MindBeacon Therapist Guided Program

Get a CBT program created for you by a therapist and tailored to your needs. Your assigned therapist is available to coach you through a confidential message service while you complete your CBT program online. Duration: 6-12 weeks
